Mr. Narendra Jain is a CFA® charterholder, a Chartered Accountant, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. With a career spanning over two decades, he has gained diverse experience in the fields of treasury, forex, derivatives, products, bullion, equities, etc. He started his career with ICICI Bank Ltd. in 2004 and, over more than 6 years, held various positions in Retail Assets & Treasury Front Office. In 2010, he joined MUFG Bank (erstwhile Bank of Tokyo) and held various positions like swaps trader, interbank dealer, and FX proprietary trader. As Vice President, he left MUFG Bank in 2016. Before joining Finkurve, he was Head of Treasury at Augmont Enterprises. Mr. Narendra Jain also holds a membership position in the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Ideal Fiscal Services Ltd.

MR. PRIYANK KOTHARI

Mr. Priyank Kothari is a highly accomplished professional with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Enterprise Development. His journey with Arvog began as a credit and risk underwriter, where he demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication over a period of three years. He has made significant contributions to the expansion and diversification of Finkurve Financial Services Limited (Arvog).Mr. Priyank Kothari also holds a membership position in the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of Augmont Goldtech Private Limited.

Mr. Nishant Ranka is a non-executive independent director of the company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has an experience of over 17 years in the field of accountancy and finance.

MR. AMIT SHROFF
CEO
Amit Shroff is a seasoned financial services professional with 14+ years of experience in business expansion, product development, credit and risk management, regulatory compliance, and asset-liability management (ALM). He specializes in building scalable financial solutions, optimizing risk frameworks, and driving strategic growth.
As a co-founder of Svakarma Finance, Amit played a key role in establishing the MSME division, developing innovative credit products, underwriting frameworks, and tech-driven lending solutions. His leadership in go-to-market strategies, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment fueled sustainable growth.
Previously, Amit held leadership roles at NAFA, Cosmos Bank, and Darashaw & Co. Pvt. Ltd., spearheading initiatives in capital raising, market expansion, risk governance, digital transformation, and financial product innovation. With deep industry acumen and a strong foundation in corporate finance (MBA, Mumbai University), he continues to drive innovation and excellence in financial services.

MR. AAKASH JAIN
CFO
Aakash Jain is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a more than a decade of experience in finance, investment banking, and corporate advisory. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014 and began his career with PwC, where he gained extensive expertise over seven years.
Following his tenure at PwC, Aakash transitioned to a SEBI-registered merchant banking firm, where he played a key role in managing portfolio companies, conducting valuations for start-ups, and facilitating debt syndication and equity fundraising transactions.
In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Aakash is also a qualified Company Secretary and holds a Bachelor’s degree, further strengthening his comprehensive understanding of corporate finance and governance.

Sagar brings a wealth of expertise and a distinguished academic background to his role as Head of Investments and Strategy at Arvog. Holding a Master's in Management from ESCP Business School (France), and MSc from Germany, and a specialization in Venture Capital & Private Equity from the University of Southern California, Sagar is equipped with a broad understanding of global financial landscapes. In addition, he is a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and holds certifications as a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA). Furthermore, Sagar has successfully completed all three levels of the CFA Institute exams (USA).
With extensive experience in financial advisory services, Sagar has worked with prestigious organizations such as the National Stock Exchange of India, BrainHack, and Vaillant Capital Partners. At Vaillant Capital, he played a key role in managing portfolio companies across diverse sectors, including Food & Beverages, Infrastructure, and Logistics. His strategic guidance contributed to the growth of these companies, which collectively generated revenues exceeding INR 22 billion for family offices and foreign institutional investors.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Sagar has served as a visiting faculty member for Banking and Finance courses at renowned colleges in Mumbai, and also sits on the Board of few Portfolio Companies as Board Observer.

MR. CAVALE NARAYANARAO RAGHUPATHI

Raghu Cavale is a technology professional with 40 years of experience across sectors including power, manufacturing, IT, and education. He is the founding director of the Manipal Innovation Leadership and Entrepreneurship School (MILES) at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, where he teaches a course on megatrends covering economics, technology, and geopolitics. Raghu is the Chairman of Fraktal Works (3D printing) and Advisor to GalaxyEyespace (space-tech), BRStech (crypto platform), and several investment firms. He previously served as Senior Vice President at Infosys, leading large-scale digital transformation projects like GST, Income Tax, and MCA21. Raghu has contributed to government policy-making and collaborated with leaders such as Nandan Nilekani and Mohandas Pai on key reports. He holds degrees in engineering, management, and an honorary doctorate.

MR. HIMADRI BHATTACHARYA
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Portfolio and risk management expert with over three decades of experience, including roles as a central banker with the Reserve Bank of India and senior positions in the Tata Group. Currently an external consultant to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the African Development Bank. Provides technical assistance to central banks and governments globally.
